Documentation
The development and production process is accompanied by the corresponding documentation created during each step, as an intrinsic requirement of our quality management system.
The following documentation will be created en each step during the realization of a project:
Consulting:
- Technical Information (IT's)

Conceptual design, CAD-3D design, electronic layout:
- Design justification documentation
- Documentation of the part geometry (3D-models), wiring layout, etc.

Prototyping:
- Dimensional control documentation
- Incidence reports, Design changes

Test:
- Test specification and definition
- Results
- Final report

Production:
- Delivery notes
- Material Certificates
- Dimensional control documentation
- Final test reports

Homologation:
- Certificates of the applied standard

Homologation
We support our customer during the homologation process of his product carried out in a CEM (Centro Español de Metrología) certified institution. We offer to share our experience and knowledge to find design solutions that allows to fulfil the requirements of the applied standard.
Examples:
- Standard IEC529 - Dust and water intrusion
- DIN EN ISO 9227 - Corrosion resistance and salt spray
- MIL-STD-810 - Environmental conditions: Temperatures, Humidity, etc.
- NATO AECTP400 - Impact and vibration resistance
- EMC Compatibility
Training
The trainings we offer are normally associated with a delivered system that needs expert knowledge to be operated and maintained.
We offer to execute the trainings in our training rooms and work-shop or in training rooms and work-shops of the customer.
The training material is elaborated corresponding to the customer needs and will be adapted to craftsman or engineering trainings. The following is an example list of executed trainings:
- Maintenance of a complex hydraulic system - Training executed on client side
- Training of assembly chain operators
- Configuration and integration of CAN-devices - Developer Training
Life Cycle Support
We consider the life cycle support of a delivered solution as an integral part of our services. The life cycle support is essential to assure correct working of the system during its service period.
We offer our customers al services required during the systems life cycle:
- Packaging and stocking of the system before its deliver to the assembly line
- Supply of spare parts and consumables
- Execution of maintenance operations
- Removal of the system at life cycle end
